We are currently seeking DSPs to work at our partner day sites and residential homes.
Day site shifts involve supporting individuals with planned activities to encourage community inclusion and skill-building
Residential home shifts are in the evenings, overnight, and on weekends and involve creating a positive environment for individuals in their homes and in the community

Have a desire to work in a team environment
Have the ability to work independently

You should also have a good attendance record and an understanding of the importance of consistency for the individuals we support.
What we look for
At least 18 years of age
High school diploma or GED
Insurable driving record
Current car insurance (preferred in many cases)
Successful background checks
